Symposium Keynote Speaker Ronald K. Fierstein: A Triumph of Genius

Ronald K. Fierstein The Symposium Committee is pleased to announce that our Thursday night keynote speaker will be lawyer, author, and entertainment mogul Ronald K. Fierstein. Fierstein is the author of A Triumph of Genius: Edwin Land, Polaroid, and the Kodak Patent War, the fascinating story of the patent wars between Polaroid and Kodak over instant photography technology in the late 1970s. He’s also an insider: Mr. Fierstein was a young lawyer on the Polaroid team.

Today, Fierstein works in the entertainment industry. He and his wife, Dorsey Regal, are producers of the smash Broadway hit Kinky Boots (book by Fierstein’s brother, Harvey Fierstein).

The IP Symposium each year provides a full day of CLE and IP Certification credits, and draws practitioners from all over the state to hear from top speakers drawn from a nationwide pool.
